Most Dangerous Metro Station

Moscow metro crime department unveiled the most dangerous metro station. It sound very vulgar, but I did not think that it is literally dangerous. Yes, there was a bombing, gun-fire fight and so on, but it happens everywhere in the world. But dangerous maybe for your belonging, because of pickpocket. The station that have been 'red tag' are Komsomolskaya, Prospekt Mira, Kurskskaya, Novoslobodskaya and Kievskaya. The light blue Filyovskaya and light green Lublinskaya lines are the safest.

As we can see, the 'red tag' stations are in the ring, which is the intersect of metro station from all over Moscow, which makes it crowded with people even not in the peak times. The pickpocket nowadays could not care less about peoples wallet, because they knows that nobody bring a bunch of money with them. Peoples nowadays buy things online. They bring with them only cards, ticket, and so on. The pickpocket also did not care whether you are a foreigner or not. Even maybe, foreigners are more concern and cautious about their belongings. But record for last year shows that in approximately 3000 cases, they arrested already around 300 theft. And still it is considered small compared to others subway stations.

The thief nowadays maybe looking for your iPhone, iPad, iPod, DSLR and so on. These gadgets is more lucrative than pickpocketing the wallet. They can easily sell these gadgets in the flea market all around Moscow. So, be careful when you messaging or reading e-book with your iPhone 4G.
